Returns & Exchanges

Stüssy will accept returns on all clean, unworn, and unwashed merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be returned with all original tags and packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the provided return authorization form inside the package.

• 3.
  Ship Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
